Infinithéâtre, Montreal’s Indie English-language theatre company, is looking for:

Office/Sales Administrator – 2019-2020 Season
Deadline to submit: September 25th 2019

Duration: 30 weeks

Assistant Technical Director – 2019-2020 Season
Deadline to submit: September 25th 2019
Starting date: November 1st 2019
Duration: 6 months

Office/Sales Administrator
Job duties include

- Managing the box office and create promotional campaigns for each show, market research and audience mediation programs
- Managing bookings, selling tickets and season subscriptions
- Selling advertising space in programs*Assembling program materials for the graphic designer
- Carrying out daily office tasks, preparations and maintenance
- Facilitating communications between artists, staff, our partners and the audience
- Assisting Artistic Director when necessary
- Assisting with funding applications when necessary

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in the theatrical milieu
- Previous experience and/or an interest in marketing/advertising is an asset
- Comfortable multi-tasking
- Versatile
- Resourceful
- Hard-working
- Organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of computer environment (Mac OS, Excel, Word)
- Strong knowledge of graphic design and video editing an asset

Assistant Technical Director
Reporting to the technical director, the ATD will work with all technical requests and production needs. 

Job duties include
- Preparing and repairing technical equipment as needed. 
- Working in team with the TD to prepare and accomplish set up and strike. 
- Sound and light management during our March 2020 performances. 
- Follow-up equipment returns and update our inventory.

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Team spirit and good ability to work long hours
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Diploma or notable experiences in theatrical production (minimum two (2) years)
- Knowledge of Qlab, protool, autocad or equivalent.
- Knowledge of theatrical production techniques: lights, sound and scenery.
- Flexibility to work in a non-traditional creative place (church, warehouse or equivalent).
- Valid driver's license.
