UPDATE 10/27/2020: In light of the government of Québec's decision to extend the current Red Zone restrictions in an effort to combat the spread of COVID-19 in Québec, our live in-person performances of King of Canada have been postponed until further notice. Recently included as part of our Infinite Playwrights' Chat Room series, King of Canada is a meta-theatrical political comedy with two actors: a woman and a man. The man plays King and the woman plays everybody else; close to forty other characters including King’s mother, FDR, Churchill, Hitler, and three Irish terriers named Pat.Directed by multi-award-winning Zach Fraser and showcasing Ellen David and Brian Dooley, two celebrated stars of the Montreal theatre scene, and presented in association with KIN Experience, King of Canada will be streamed live online, November 6th @ 7:30PM and November 8th @ 2PM.
