The-Write-Stuff 2023 Finalists

We're thrilled to announce the finalists of our 2023 The-Write-Stuff playwriting competition for youth ages 12-19. The selection of plays this year was vast in terms of styles and themes. We continue to be deeply impressed by the social engagement and nuanced artistry of these young writers. Without further ado, and in no particular order...OUR 2023 TWS FINALISTS ARE:

Thanks to our TWS 2023 Jury Oren Safdie, Michaela Di Cesare and Bevin Dooley for their dramaturgical feedback sessions with each of the writers.

Please join us on Saturday, September 30th at 2:30pm at Parc Drolet-Rachel in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal to catch the Park N' Play readings of these new short works, performed by a team of professional artists.
